“You use everything they teach you,” she said. “You go out to the rigs with instructors like Howard and Pam, who are right there answering questions and helping you learn in real-world conditions. You even create the full inspection report just like you would for a customer.”

That hands-on practice gave her the confidence to go home and start serving clients with professionalism and precision.

Their next step is launching a dual-service business back home — a mobile RV tech service and inspection company serving Minnesota and beyond.

“The mobile RV tech business and the doors it opens are incredible,” Richard said. “It’s not just about employment — it’s about the freedom to work from home, travel, and make our own schedule.”
